The apartment provides everything needed for short stays and is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is located very close to the River Rhine and the bus stop, making transportation easy. The host, Thomas, responds quickly and is very kind!

This was my second stay at Thomas’s place. The location is perfect for me in Klein Basel. It is near the Rhine and also a tram stop. It’s very walkable to the major shopping area of Klein Basel and also across the Middle bridge into Gross Basel. Thomas was kind enough to alert us to the possible construction noise from the building behind, which started at 7 each morning, but we were usually gone most of the day, plus it rained some of the time, and they were unable to work. We otherwise found the building to be very quiet. He also provided orange juice, milk, water, and coffee pods for the nespresso like machine. Hint—If you’re a wash cloth user, bring some from home. We would definitely stay at Thomas’s place again.

Die Wohnung von Thomas ist genauso wie beschrieben und zu heissen Sommertagen sehr angenehm kühl da sie quasi im Keller, aber zum Hinterhof ebenerdig liegt. Leider habe ich meinen Aufenthalt frühzeitig abgebrochen, da es eine sehr laute Baustelle direkt neben der Wohnung gab und eine zweite nebenan und ich dringend nach einer ruhigen Bleibe gesucht habe, die Thomas Wohnung sonst auch ist. Thomas hat sehr schnell reagiert und war sehr verständnisvoll, worüber ich froh war. Außerdem hatte er mir sogar mehrere nette Willkommensgrüsse besorgt!

Thomas provided us with BaselCards, which allowed us to use public transport for free and gave us a 50% discount on all the museums we visited. The walk from Thomas', along the river, to the Old Town was enjoyable.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe des Rheins und mit der Bushaltestelle (zum Bahnhof) praktisch vor der Tür. Da die Wohnung nach hinten geht, ist es sehr ruhig, samt Gartensitzplatz. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden nach Möglichkeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.
