A large double room available in a shared penthouse flat in an amazing location in the heart of Dalston - one of the liveliest areas of London Our flat couldn't be better located. We are in Dalston Square in the heart of Dalston and literally a 30 second walk from Dalston Junction train station. The flat is surprisingly quiet considering the location. We are fully kitted out with all mod cons. We have Netflix, Now TV Sports, Disney+, iPlayer. We have an Amazon Echo that is linked up to some lights / sockets so you can switch on the living room lights / the kettle with voice activation. We have a projector so sport and movies can be projected onto the wall. The shower in the shared bathroom is really powerful. Our balcony wraps around three sides of the flat and is a great place to relax in summer. The room is a large double room with plenty of room to keep your stuff. There is a sit / stand desk working from home set up with a monitor if you need to do any work. We also have the fastest available 1GB fibre internet. There is no lock on the bedroom doors but the flat is really secure. Please note the bathroom is shared with two other flatmates (we’re all very clean!). The price reflects this. Please also note that there is some scaffolding in the square that our flats are a part of. It doesn’t affect our flat directly but there is scaffolding around the entrance to our block and around Dalston Square in general. We are just across the road from Dalston Roof Garden, the Curve Garden and Cafe Oto - three of the coolest places in London! We have a gym on site that is available for guest use.
