Beautiful home. Incredible view. Pool was awesome. Home was well stocked with everything needed to have fun. Area was as good as it gets on the Big Island. Some minor negatives which didn't detract from the experience: furnishings were quite tired, looked like original "everything" and could use an update-kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, minor fixture issues, etc. With only "exterior" access to the two main suites, this home is not conducive to monitor small children (2-10) in the upper bedrooms. This did not impact us, but should be pointed out in the home narrative for future use by families with small children.

This home is very designed and will afford privacy for 8 people. Bedrooms are separated and in separate areas of the the home. The home is comfortable and clean. However, the interior is of dated design and could use a facelift. Small issues such are faucet drips and dated air conditioning, detract from what is a good design. Pool is very well done and the views are spectacular. The home is well supplied and we were allowed to use the gym in the garage. The home does have many levels so there are more stairs than you would expect from the photos. All in all, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would rent the home again, even with all the stairs. However, for the money charged, there should be some cosmetic improvements to the home.

We loved our time at the property but those who book here should be aware that the two master suites are separate from the main house where the smaller bedrooms suitable for children are located. The main house and masters have separate entrances with dedicated locks. Child monitors don't function because of the distances. I would recommend the property for families with teens but not younger children.

Spacious and beautiful views but helpful for people to know that the two master suites require going outside via the patio to access. Great for privacy but may not be ideal for families, especially with small kids. The property manager was responsive. As accurately shown in the pictures, the house and furnishings were clean but not fully updated.

Hands down a great house and fabulous spot for our family vacation. Comes as advertised with a gorgeous view and fabulous lanai. Our afternoons were spent in the pool. It was spectacular.
