Loi and her staffs (especially Beng) has been wonderful communicating and checking if we need anything else from the place and surrounding area. They offered comforts that the place can offer. The place was enough for our purpose and that is to spend time together as a big family. The place is at the edge of town. Very close to the market and a big (for the town) grocery shop. White beach is about 10 mins by car and about 30-40 mins walk. Easier to get there by tricycle. We occupied the 1st and 2nd floor for a family of 13. And it was comfortable. They offered the top floor but was a bit difficult with young children because of the steep stairs. But we were satisfied with the 2 lower floors. All bedrooms have aircon which is needed for the ever warming marinduque. Fans were also provided. We will book this place again next time we decide to stay in that part of marinduque. Thanks Loi

We are satisfied in staying this place. Ms Loi, the owner has proven very courteous and helpful from the very beginning. The place is nice and clean. To stay in Loi’s place is highly recommended.

A great Airbnb for staycations, Maam Loi was a great host, very kind and fast to respond and we really appreciate it. We have booked the entire house, it was clean, comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood. The place is really nice and accessible to market. I highly recommend this place.
