Robbie was a great host. Very responsive to my questions. I feel the WIFI was definitely an issue despite Robbie's best efforts. It was not dependable. The entire camper needed a deep clean and declutter. For example, there were more than enough towels. 8 ice trays were excessive. There were stray gift bags and misc clutter in the cabinets. Certainly not a deal breaker. The accommodations were fine for a solo worker needing a place to sleep. Any additional people and it would have been crowded (to me). The road next to the camper was LOUD! I slept with ear plugs in most nights. The bathroom smells was overwhelming despite frequent flushes/adjustments by Robbie. It sure cured me of any ambitions of hitting the road in a camper. The property in general could be cleaned up and made more inviting. The state of the property made me question the level of cleanliness of the camper itself.

Robbie was great at communicating and answering messages and was able to add an extra night and checked in late at night so that was great, if you have kids under 2 make sure to add that I thought I did and ended up charging me $64 for my baby yet it says no charge. Arrived at the location I was confused on the entrance as the pictures posted or older then what the area looks like now, the fireplace area is not as great was planning on it but it just an old fire pit and chair that’s about it, needs some yard work around the trailer for sure. I did read the reviews that the trailer had many spider webs that’s for sure, also read the reviews that the bathroom smells I know it’s a RV trailer I get that yet the smell was to much for me if you get bothered by little smells this is not for you at all next.! Other than the above everything is was great inside the trailer was spacious for my baby to play around inside the main bedroom was small yet good for us the second room was also great wasn’t able to use that one but I did get to use the seats that you can use as beds and they are very comfortable and sleeps like 6in that room , the kitchen was great I cooked and felt like home the table also big enough and couch can also be set up as a bed, back to the bathroom the shower was great yet the hot water nob kept falling off other then the bathroom smell the bathroom is great size and did it’s job. The trailer does come with a lot of kitchen supplies and towels for showers that’s a plus, also I read that on the reviews the noise of the road or cars passing by it didn’t bother us at all normal traffic. Will that’s my review for this Robbie is a great host.
