This spacious beachside house is perfectly located just a 3 minute walk to the Inverloch Surf Beach or a 20 minute walk into town along the coastal walking path. The open plan living, dining and kitchen opens out to a large undercover alfresco area with seating and woodfire oven. This modern beach house comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 large bedrooms, two living areas and 2 bathrooms - perfect for 2 families, all with heating and cooling. Stay connected with free WiFi and Netflix. The house is furnished for comfort and adored with beautiful local artwork. You'll find three flat-screen TVs, all with Netflix, along with air conditioning, heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1: King bed with a stunning en-suite (shower, toilet), TV, and a spacious walk-in robe at your disposal. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and lounge area. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: Double bed. Please inform us beforehand if you'd like a portacot set up. The entire house is equipped with zoned and ducted A/C and heating, and features a convenient outdoor shower. Please be aware that this property is not suitable for pets. An additional fee of $350 will be applied if any pets are brought onto the premises.

A fantastic place to stay with the family! Close to the beach, plenty of living space and great wood fired pizza oven. Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. I highly recommend Tan as a host.

Such a beautiful place to stay at Inverloch. It is a 5min flat walk to the beach and plenty of paths to go bike riding which is really safe and quiet for the kids as well. Great and well furnished large home. Outdoor space is beautiful too, with fresh herbs and fruit to pick straight from the garden. Fantastic for one family, or to share with two families. We loved our little trip to the beach so much! We will be back again for sure.

Our second time there - we love this house (and it’s location). Highly recommend this house for a family beach holiday. Our only gripe - albeit very small - is the pillows. Next time we will remember to bring our own. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back.

Great location, five minutes (if that) easy walk to beach. The house is fantastic! Multiple areas for a large family. Amazing outside area with wood fire pizza oven. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Great host. Easy, accurate communication. We highly recommend this house for families wanting to enjoy Inverloch.
