Mi habitacion por casi tres anos. El siguiente afortunado que viva aca va a tener una de las mas belas habitaciones (de un solo cuarto) en el centro de Santiago. Super recomendado. :)

Excellent long-stay place, and I'm staying here for another year. Prices (rent) have been rising as of late, but it's still competitive considering the neighborhood and quality of life. Mirza is an absolutely triple-A host; any inquiries and issues, she responds immediately. Also, it's an absolutely premier place for freelancers and remote workers--500Mbs Internet that is mostly reliable (had some issues a couple of months ago, but nothing out of the ordinary). Whenever you have the opportunity to, RENT RENT RENT! Get your spot here before you lose it for a looong time again!

Esta unidad es perfecta, perfecta! Es increible encontrar una casa tan buena por este precio en Santiago, y mucho menos con tanta calidad. Es grande para un studio (cuatro comodos), con una increible cocina y un muy lujuoso cuarto. Los materiales aqui utilizados tambien son de muy alta calidad, y la Internet Wifi es de estupendos 200MB! Estoy vivendo aqui a largo plazo y, considerando toda la calidad de vida ofrecida, fue una grande suerte haber encontrado tan excepcional habitacion! :D
