A beautiful experience through and through - the perfect weekend getaway for two people who needed the rest of a resort but the simplicity of a campsite. Cathy was tremendously prompt and clear with her communication and gracious with any concerns I had. From our tranquil home base, my partner and I were able to enjoy swimming in the lake, climbing a mountain, and trail biking- all no more than a twenty minute drive.

I recently had a delightful stay at a cabin near Lake George Village, and it was nothing short of perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home in a serene, wooded setting. Each morning, the tranquility was palpable, with just the gentle sounds of nature surrounding us. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to good restaurants. We found several charming eateries just a short drive away, where the food was not only delicious but also creatively presented. The local cuisine had a homely touch, making each meal memorable. Lake George was conveniently close by, providing easy access to picturesque views and a variety of water activities on the lake. A great private, tranquil retreat. The cabin was as described and is definitely more like glamping. The inside of the cabin was clean and all the provided linens were soft and new feeling. There were plenty of trails and hiking opportunities nearby, as well as the lake activities. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I would definitely go back!

Cathy's cabin was super clean and comfortable. It's rustic but solid and very thoughtfully accommodated - private spaces with creek-side firepits, screened in porch, futon and plenty of windows to enjoy the natural surroundings. Great jumping off point for the Adirondacks and the Lake George area.
