We had a wonderful stay at Beach Vibes. This place was 100% as advertised. We were a little nervous about the empty lot near it actually having construction or a house there, but it is still empty. So the view was as good as the photos show. Loved all of the extras that this rental company included. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice house, the pool was extra benefit, great view except for sunsets which you had to go down to beach to see. Couple problems, Dryer not drying clothes, think the problem was cleaners pushed dryer back to far in laundry closet and crimped hose. Had a few ants in house and outside. Tech was sent and problem solved. Friday evening about 5 pm, all lights were flickering. At 6pm we lost all electricity. Checked with neighbors and they were fine so something with our house. Tech was sent but 10 minutes before he arrived at 8:30 pm the electricity restored. This caused us a problem because we had a 2 and a 6 year old with us and with the heat it would have been impossible to stay the night. We packed everything quickly before we lost all daylight and were ready to go to Port St Joe and get motel rooms. But luckily the power came back. Overall had a wonderful week!

Our stay at the Blue Dolphin was everything we expected. NR is a well-oiled machine and their responsiveness and communication exceeded our expectations. The house was within steps of the beach and the view from the top deck was great. Loved the private pool...just big enough for the 2 kids to enjoy. We would stay here again.

Nice location on the Cape. Good gulf views and short walk to the beach. Cleanliness needs more attention (due to allowing pets) and house needs some maintenance (esp the pool), but it's a decent place considering the location.
