Loads of space and private areas, however, broken and torn parasols, inoperable awnings, therefore one of them sagging over one of the external doors causing it to be unlock-able and not secure causing sleepless nights, poorly stocked cooking equipment (two saucepans and three frying pans to cater for eight people??)a beautifully positioned inbuilt barbecue but NO tools to use it. Brilliant quality air conditioning throughout. Would highly recommend holidaying here once the issues stated have been addressed. The housekeeping team were faultless on arrival and the return of the security deposit easy.

We stayed at the house for a full month. We were initially charmed with the garden, the proximity of the water, and the sunsets. The sunsets are probably the best part of the house. The inside is well equipped (though missing a vacuum cleaner and sharp knives) with a very functional outside kitchen. The house is neat and well organized with a great common room and the WiFi is very good. Unfortunately, the place is very humid, resulting in black mold building up during our stay. Two bedrooms had a nearly constant "toilet/rotten egg" smell. For over 1 week of our visit, the smell from Mar Menor was so bad we couldn't really stay outside. The furniture is a bit worn out but mostly ok (except for one bedroom where the lower part was black from water damage). There are some issues related to sewers that get clogged frequently. It would be a good place to stay for 1 week but staying among the smells for longer made it more of an unpleasant experience.

Our stay and experience at Teresa's home was truly amazing! Its everything described and more. There's plenty of room inside the house and outside on the property. The check-in was smooth and checkout was quick. Communication was clear and very responsive. We plan on returning at some point on 2023, as our time went too quickly. You feel like you have your own private resort here. The air conditioning was plenty cold, that was my only concern, but the whole house was very cool with complete control. I highly recommend this awesome property for your vacation. You will enjoy it here!! Thanks Teresa and her team for making our experience in Spain a memorable one.
