As everyone says, the stairs are no joke but definitely worth it. The view and patio space were amazing. Although there were so many great restaurants, we didn’t eat much at the condo. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck with great local wines and cheeses all in.Would highly recommend unless you have mobility issues

We’ve just finished a week long stay and could have stayed for a month! The place was perfect for my wife and I, we made full use of the kitchen and even managed to get our laundry done! The real highlight was the terrace, which is a lovely sun trap and we thoroughly enjoyed eating out there. Lee was responsive as a co host and we were able to check in no problem. Less than 5 minutes to the tram and easily walkable to the beach. The stairs are a bit tough but it helped burn off some of the bakery items we bought!

We had a great time! This was our first Airbnb in Nice as we typically stay in a hotel.

The apartment was fantastic and in the perfect location. The only difficult part was walking up to floor 6, but we knew about that from reading other reviews so it didn’t bother us. Also the terrace made it all worth it!

Absolutely loved our stay in Nice!! Such a beautiful apartment and the terrace was gorgeous. Just keep in mind, if you struggle with stairs, this is a long walk up to the apartment, but well worth it. Bed was comfortable, check in was so lovely to have in person, we felt at home.
