Arturos place was quite excellent. The location was exactly as described and the check in process was very easy. Arturo reached out to me early to confirm when I would be arriving and checking out to ensure a smooth process. The lockbox was easy to locate and use. The place was exactly as described. You're paying for what you see in these photos and it was exactly what I wanted/needed for those couple of nights. The ac was cold, the shower was nice and hot (if you remember the hot water switch!), the kitchen area was usable, and the proximity to downtown was close enough to walk everywhere and yet far enough to not have any crazy noise. There is a laundry (wash and fold) run by two younger boys at the entrance which also came in handy. This place is exactly as described and what you would expect! 10/10

la ubicación es buena,esta cerca de la estación de ferris y de playa norte. el anfitrión fue atento y siempre estuvo pendiente. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Mi estancia fue tranquila, todo coincidía con lo descrito y la vista desde la terraza es muy linda. Todos fueron muy amables y disfruté de mi estancia.

La estancia en éste lugar fue muy buena. Arturo desde el primer momento fue muy atento y cooperativo. Sus indicaciones para encontrar el lugar, muy explicitas y siempre dispuesto a informar ante cualquier duda. El lugar estaba limpio, tiene lo necesario y básico para una estancia agradable. En nuestro caso, solo estuvimos 2 noches en Isla Mujeres pero de seguro regresaremos. Gracias Arturo y Nancy.
