The apartment is located a few hundred meters from Capo Vaticano and 7 km from Tropea. Situated in a quiet position and immersed in a perfumed garden, ideal for a restful vacation. The apartment is situated just 450 meters in walking distance from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with kitchenette (equipped with crockery and fridge, bathroom with shower, TV, and veranda or terrace equipped and an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is no Air Conditioner, only a ceiling fan in the kitchen and a portable one in the bedroom. The price includes bed-linen and bath-linen, the consumption of water, electricity and gas. “Tourist Tax”, will be payable by each guest (over the age of 14) of € 1.50 per person, per day.

Vittoria’s place is amazing and Vittoria is the best host you could wish for, really a warm, open and generous person. The apartment has everything you need, including an amazing view. The property is beautiful and quiet. I was traveling in late september by myself, without a car, and Vittoria made it easy for me to get around. She showed me all the beaches and restaurants that were to reach by foot and even drove me to the station and other places sometimes. I would say its best to have a car to get the most out of your stay, but it was doable without. A small supermarket is close by and the station is a 30 minute walk. Thank you so much Vittoria for the relaxing time, I’ll be back and recommend your place to everyone I know. All the best!
Pulizia e tranquillità in un residence meraviglioso immerso nella natura. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Tropea e Capo Vaticano e tutte le calette della zona. L'host, Vittoria, è davvero gentile e disponibile a dare consigli illustrando le zone limitrofe. Il residence è davvero bello, confortevole e funzionale. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo l'anno prossimo. 😊
ottima posizione per visitare la costa degli dei, è disponibile un posto auto coperto immediatamente limitrofo alla camera. Vittoria e lo staff sono molto cordiali e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni di ogni tipo. Assolutamente consigliato per visitare la costa degli dei.
Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles nötige ist da. Wenn man noch was braucht, muss man einfach nur Vittoria fragen und kurz darauf ist es da. Die Unterkunft war schön groß, sodass man die Taschen ablegen konnte und man kann das Zimmer auch gut verdunkeln. Das Apartment liegt auf einer Anhöhe und um zum Pool, der Bar und Rezeption zu gelangen sind es ein paar Stufen. Man kann auch zu Fuß den Strand erreichen. Falls man Empfehlungen braucht zu Strand/Essen oder anderen ist Vittoria immer sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Auto wird benötigt um Supermarkt oder Städte der Costa degli dei zu erreichen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Vittoria, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

The apartment is located a few hundred meters from Capo Vaticano. This enchanting location stands on a granite promontory and it is a purely pristine place surrounded by a 7 kilometers coast of clear waters and white sand.
The sea that surrounds Cape Vaticano is the ideal place for scuba diving, its seabed is rich in vegetation including shells typical of tropical seas, shark teeth, and corals.
Last but not least its position, that offers suggestive landscapes and breathtaking sunsets where Stromboli become the main actor.
Tropea, which is 7 km away, It is a small seaside town, a must see for every tourist. Its typical location, on a rock spur, gives it the title of “Terrace on the Sea”.
Its roots date back to Roman times, it was marked by various invasions, including Byzantine and Norman ones.
Today Tropea is considered the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian”, with various testimonies of the passage of those civilizations. Every place from the main squares to the monuments, to the various noble buildings is a real testimony to the architecture associated with the styles of civilizations that have followed.
Must-see places: the Sanctuary and the garden of S. Maria dell’Isola, a truly Calabrian icon, and the Norman Cathedral, located in Largo Duomo, which preserves inside remarkable historical remains.
Upon request, we provide a free shuttle service to Ricadi Railway Station, less than 1 km away. However, the best way to move around is by car or by scooter (it is possible to hire a car or a scooter from here).
