I look foward to staying here again! Beautiful peaceful home highly recommend the stay for a get away. The view for sunset and sunrises was my favorite part!!

I probably wouldn’t stay here again but that’s just my preference. The cabin has some nice features like big windows and a fenced in area for dogs. Overall though it felt old and in need of maintenance; gates and some doors didn’t latch or close properly, Keurig cord couldn’t reach plug and when I moved it closer the plug didn’t work; the only option for heat were space heaters that were so loud turning on and off that I had to shut it off overnight to be able to sleep. The bathroom towel smelled like cigarette smoke and the power went off in certain rooms more than once. There were some stains in the kitchen as well. Wendy wasn’t the most responsive host and I didn’t get any sort of personalized message from her like I have from most other hosts. We only stayed one night and while I was glad we weren’t staying longer, the cabin has great potential to be a fun spot especially for big groups. The surroundings are really pretty and it’s in a quiet remote location.

We were looking for a peaceful and unique place on our road trip and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit. It is a relaxing and attractive place that makes you feel welcome and relaxed away from it all. A great retreat!
