I have just celebrated my 70th birthday with 19 friends staying here and in the hotel and we were treated with kindness and everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. The Palace was just as described and very palatial. All of my friends had a wonderful stay at Brit’s Palace. Definitely recommend this place

We were a group of 20 and were staying at this property for 3 nights. There were no complaints from our side. Poojan was always available for help. Felita was very responsive since the time I booked to the time I checked out. The place as such is a bit away from the beaches and activity places but the staff response and the facility itself more than makes up for this. Overall a very good experience and will recommend this place for a family gathering of 20-25 people.

Fairly big complex with most of the facilities. Would have been better if a pantry with the essential groceries and liquor is provided since the place is far away from any good eating joints or beaches or any happening place. Cab services/ local transport are not available and one has to make prior arrangements .

It's a great property to host good number of people for party. the host is very helpful and the staff is great with quick response in the services. would recommend the property whenever visiting the place

Property is huge but the amenities are poorly maintained. The staff are clueless about how to fix even simple stuff. All air conditioners are very old, poorly working conditions and the power supply is very unpredictable. This makes living there in summer impossible. Property is pest infested. Mosquitoes are massive in number and they make your stay unbearable. The staff has no power and reaches out to host John for simple questions as well and John is least responsive when needed the most. John becomes very defensive when asked about these issues and responds in a condescending manner. I have proofs to prove all my points. Strongly discourage anyone looking for this property.
