The Lodge is an elegant, modern log cabin in the village of Bedlam near to the historic town of Ludlow in Shropshire. With its open plan layout and outside covered barbecue area, this property is ideal for a family holiday. The open plan living area contains eloquent, majestic decor, full of whites, pinks and wooden furniturem this lodge is fabulously combining the traditional with the modern. The well-furnished kitchen looks like that of a stately home with all of the equipment you could need in a secluded log cabin. The open plan design really makes this property feel homely and comforting, as well as the comfortable seating and wood burning stove in the sitting room. Towards the back of the log cabin sits two large, fashionable bedrooms complete with dressing tables and delicate floral curtains and bed linen. The bathroom presents a large shower in a classy, aesthetic room complete with a heated towel rail and simple, stylish decor. The outside bares some of this property's best assets, boasting a hot tub and an undercover kitchen area, complete with a BBQ, fridge/freezer and comfy seating, making this into an astonishingly well designed property. If you manage to get out of this breathtaking log cabin, the market town of Ludlow has plenty to show, ranging from stunning views to rivers and countryside, it is home to many markets and Ludlow castle. Within driving distance stand impressive locations of Hereford and Shrewsbury, places with great history and interest to make your trip just that extra bit special. Overall an incredible property set in an amazing location. Close to the beautiful market town of Ludlow with independent shops and boutiques, cafes and restaurants and a great local market

Marie was a brilliant host, helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The lodge was perfect, in a quiet, peaceful, stunning location. The view's were outstanding. Everything in the lodge was perfect. It was cosy and comfortable. We spent quite a lot of time in the hot tub (which was brilliant), admiring the view across the valley. We highly recommended this property for a secluded get away. Thank you again Marie for enabling us to have a relaxing, peaceful weekend.
Fantastic 4 days in Marie’s place. As a family of 4 (kids 8 & 10) plus dog we enjoyed some lovely walks, some great pubs/restaurants and lots memorable family time away from the madness. The hot tub and it’s breath taking views was one of the many highlights. Marie was an excellent host, quick to reply to our questions but left us alone to enjoy the tranquility and the peace of the location. Everything/everywhere was spotlessly clean on arrival. Well stocked kitchen and separate bbq area, comfy beds and sofa, inviting log burner and the magnificent hot tub. Overall a 5 star proper Easter break.
Marie’s lodge was a beautiful remote cabin surrounded by wonderful scenic walks. The hot the provided a perfect relaxation spot to look miles into the distance. A perfect location for our first family holiday with the dog. Marie was extremely helpful and responsive and was a brilliant host. We will definitely be going back in the futire.
Really lovely little lodge, we wanted to be away from society for a couple of days and this was perfect. Nice little walk up the hill to the top and I’m sure plenty more to explore had we stayed longer. The lodge was lovely, clean and tidy. Outdoor space was really nice, would probably come back again but in summer to make the most of the bbq and outdoor area. 100% would recommend. Marie was really friendly and popped over after we had checked in just to explain the hot tub.
Us and the dog loved our stay in the lodge, very peaceful with great views. Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub & log burner were lovely on the cold nights. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Located at the end of a small hamlet ... the cabin is peaceful and private. There are walks straight from the door that take in the stunning scenery in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
A 4 mile drive will take you into the beautiful market town of Ludlow with its array of cafes bars independent shops and covered market.
Car is the best way to get to us but I can arrange to collect guests from the local train station
