It is great area to stay, easy public transportation and apartment was very comfortable. Faya is very nice host, very friendly and helpful.
Lovely cozy little basement apartment! Super peaceful and safe neighborhood in Georgetown with multiple bus stops just a few blocks away. Very helpful to get a parking permit too. Definitely recommend!
We loved this spot. Great location and loved staying in Georgetown close to great restaurants and shopping. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive when needed. We will be back!

Couldn’t recommend Faya’s place more. The location is perfect and the space is lovely and really homey. It felt very authentic for Georgetown and was walkable to the main restaurants and cafes. Faya kindly recommended a few coffee shops which we tried and were great.

Art historian and archaeologist, museum professional and professor enjoys working around the world and life in DC! I am a great fan of Western horseback riding, as you might guess from the photo. It is a great pleasure to host guests from around the world and to share this unique part of DC. I offer two properties in Georgetown, a private suite of 3 rooms on the top floor of a historic house and an English basement apartment-- both now available since our children are established in their own homes. Georgetown, a great part of DC to stroll and enjoy, offers a great variety of dining, music, museums and parks and sightseeing! Rent bikes or walk or take a bus, taxi, Lyft/Uber easily. The waterfront and National Parks are here, too! Cafes and restaurants, great historic residences and new establishments catering to tourists and residents alike.
