Keith is the quintessential host!! From long before arriving, to instructions for arrival, to tips and leads to explore, to help with medicine, and an on-site person to take care of needs, he was a reassuring part of our visit to Mexico. And we loved the town of Chicxulub! It was authentic, friendly, safe and quiet. Really liked connecting with the locals buying food and being in their small town center, and fresh juices! We discovered they home deliver! The house was even bigger than we thought. We were unfortunately there during a lot of wind and high tide, and not very warm, so we didn't get in the ocean quite as much as we had hoped, but we still enjoyed the pool, and the views! The decks and hammocks of 2 of the rooms were some of my favorite aspects. We also enjoyed the lower deck for eating. Beautiful, easy to clean. Lots of cooking supplies. I didn't see a way to access the water besides the lane exactly next to the property, but fully visible from the backyard.

We stayed with Keith in Chicxulub for the 2nd time.This time we had friends and family with us.Everyone was delighted with the simple beauty and tranquility. I t was very hot,but we had a good wind and that made the heat very pleasant.The sea was also wonderful,we swam several times a day and it was very nice.Keith responded very quickly when there were problems or questions and Manulito helped us very quickly with a problem. thanks again at this point. we can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and privacy. we will definitely come back. Keith Is a fantastic host. Keith has someone on site that looks after any issues. There were a few but the issues were corrected immediately. The property is four townhouses but we had the entire place to ourselves for the entire two weeks. The pool was awesome and the area is very private but easy to walk about and find so.e nice restaurants. Overall a great experience and we hope to be back. Thank you Keith and thanks to Manulito for all is help

We really enjoyed our stay! Keith was really helpful in planning our trip and flexible with changes as they came up. We loved Sheila’s cooking snd Manuelito was very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, including with purified water. Beautiful ocean views - we loved walking along the beach. Easy to walk to places nearby and great base for exploring the peninsula.
