Ainara y su pareja Rober fueron extremadamente amables y atentos con nosotros. Nos tocó viajar en una época complicada por el COVID-19. Nos ayudaron a conseguir traslados para poder volver a nuestro país y nos proveyeron alcohol en gel. Estamos infinitamente agradecidos!

Beautiful apartment in the old town. Ainara provides great information booklets and help if needed. Breakfast comes with a treat!

Hay gente maja y después están Ainara y Rober. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, al apartamento no le falta detalle, en cuánto a limpieza estaba impoluto. Es la primera vez que compartimos el piso con los anfitriones y fue estupendo. Muchas recomendaciones de lo mejor de Bilbao por su parte. Sin duda, si volvemos, repetiremos.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as you are directly in the old town and just a foot walk away from for example the Guggenheim museum. If you want to take a drink or wanna eat something it doesn’t take you long as well to find a good place as everything is directly in front of your house. The apartment is very clean and you have everything you will need. Furthermore it’s a really big bathroom. With Ainara you will have a great host, as both of them gave us a warm welcome and gave us some great recommendations for visiting Bilbao and further than that she gave us tips and helped us with going to San Sebastián. We really enjoyed the list of pintxos bars and coffee shops they left us in our room but what we enjoyed most was the breakfast they left us each morning. Totally recommend it.
