This is a really pleasant house and location. Very clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of space to socialize inside and out. There is quite an array of bikes we used to get around town.

The house was a perfect size for what we needed. It was clean and air conditioned when we walked in, which was appreciated given how hot it was out. We felt right at home when we walked in. We let Tracey and Victoria know about a couple of lights that were out and they rectified within the hour. What was great was we expressed that it was something that was not a big deal and we could work around, and they still made sure it was taken care of. It was a great week and the house was a major part of making us feel comfortable. Would recommend this home, as well as Tracey and Victoria to anyone looking for a place to stay in Point Pleasant. Thanks Tracey and Victoria!

Our stay in Point Pleasant was wonderful. We travelled with our two children (21 & 23) and stayed a week. The house was impeccably clean. The bathroom was redone and clean. 😁. The kitchen had all utensils for cooking. You will need to supply spices and any other ingredients. Location was great! A few blocks from the boardwalk. There are several bike cruisers to ride to the beach. 😁. We used them daily. The house is also,walking distance to several bars and comedy club on Arnold Street.(coffee, breakfast, shops) Taking the train, right around the corner! Tracey and family were eager to make recommendations and response time was quick. We would definitely return tho Tracey’s home the next time we are in Point Pleasant.

Tracey was a great host. I am giving 3 stars because of a few reasons. I don’t think 7 people would be comfortable and glad only 3 of us. The living room only seats 4 and the kitchen was only comfortable with 3 people. The inside kitchen garbage can was inconvenient and the house had a smell I couldn’t get rid of. It was musty. The beds were comfortable. Only 1 bathroom. I liked the convenience to downtown and the town seemed like they really didn’t want tourists. Overall not a friendly town. You pay to get on beach. Beach closes at 5pm no water 7pm fully closes. Walk to beach was closer to 15 minutes not 5 minutes. Linens were very clean and everything was clean.
