My family and I travel up alot from Georgia and always look to book at Rozzell's place. This place is like a vacation home away from home. "We love it there!" It's super comfy, extremely convenient, and lots of fun for kids of all ages there. Rozzell and his wife are very kind wonderful people and always makes us feel right at home.

My family and I had a wonderful week, we felt at home, the house is very welcoming and the cinema, pool table and board games made the difference for the children to have fun. I particularly loved the kitchen and all the utensils in the house and the very comfortable beds, I simply loved it...

This location was amazing! The kids loved the movie theater and that was one of the best amenities in this huge 2000 sq ft suite. The master bedroom was very cozy and the mattresses were plush as well as the pillows. Rozzell was an extraordinary host and even went out of his way to get us additional items per our request. Would def stay here again!!!

Very frustrating stay but with really nice people. We booked the Airbnb a month in advance and when we landed in Washington, the host called us and told us that it is not ready (still under renovations) and that he is going to put us in a hotel for the night. An inconvenience. The next day comes around, he told us that it still wouldn’t be ready until 7pm or to stay another night at hotel. We told him we needed it at least by 6:30 to get ready for an event. We finally got to the Airbnb and it was dusty, my mother had to wipe down the couches because of how dirty it was, and sweep the floors. The next problem was appliances. The washer and dryer were a big issue- difficult to operate. All appliances were on one outlet and would cut off and hardly anything was functional. Kitchenette was really just appliances stacked on top of one another in a closet. However, theater room, pool table, bedroom were very nice though. Just should not have been listed while still under renovation.

Loveliest folks. But, there is black mold all over the inside of the ice maker, I noticed after I used it most of the week. Most kitchen utensils were cruddy. The walkway to the place was inconvenient and messy. Also, the sprinklers all went on and soaked me at 10:38 when I was packing to leave. Most small appliances are not in a place to plug in, while nice to have, using them is very difficult. Wasn’t the worst experience but very very expensive for what we got. Not sure if we’d go back. The only reason we would is because they are incredibly nice and welcoming.
