The most incredible view of the sea directly in front of the balcony/pool. The surrounding area is stunning as well. There is a great private beach a 5 min walk away that’s part of the same group, so you can use the beach (which has breathtaking snorkelling, where I saw a turtle!) I only book Airbnb’s based off of their reviews, so if you’re like me then see this as your signal to stay here! Omi was so wonderful with our baby girl and she made the best breakfast for us each morning (that’s very reasonably priced). Loved our stay.

Excellent stay with Wayan and his Team Sari, Omi and Ketut. Well worth visiting if you are thinking about this one. We will go back.

Being at the southern end of Amed, and a 3 minute walk to a small black sand beach with a reef, means the villa is a perfect serene escape. The view from the balcony over the ocean was always interesting and beautiful. We spent many wonderful hours reading or watching the changing view. The villa is spotless and Sari cooked us some delicious local dinners. With the view we had, we didn't feel like leaving for dinner. The villa is really comfortable and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot in Amed. We can't wait to stay again.

We would come back here again. Daily clean, ideal location and Omy the housekeeper was awesome. Very happy and attentive and makes a great breakfast!

It is a beautiful spacious property and we were thrilled to enjoy our own villa and pool. However, make sure to confirm the view from your pool as ours was relatively private and we thought the other villas had a better view of the ocean. Also, the access to the sea is direct (but no beach area). You would have to go to their other property (close by) to enjoy their private beach and massage facilities. I highly recommend ordering the delicious breakfast and lunch/dinner from their menu as it’s truly homemade with love. Lastly, we had to experience power cuts very frequently, which did dampen our spirits but hopefully that wouldn’t be a regular occurrence. The service and hospitality was great as was our overall experience. Highly recommended!
