Due to our continued work due to past Hurricane occurrences, our stay in the area was long term. Tanya was very accommodating to our needs and worked with us to provide lodging for our staff. Was a pleasure working with her as she communicative and accommodating and we experiences no issues at all.

Mike and Tanya's duplex was literally PERFECTION in every sense of the word! There was excellent communication along every step of the way! The duplex itself is adorable and impeccably clean! Literally every need you could have they have foreseen and supplied for! The kitchen is fully stocked with every possible utensil, the dishes are darling and sparkling clean! They were so sweet and provided drinks, snacks, and some breakfast options! Their welcome book has EXCELLENT information throughout it and points you to all the must visit local places! The beds and linens are SO comfortable, I slept better here than we do in our bed! We have two babies and our eldest walked in the door and declared that "he liked this place!" Tanya has supplied books and puzzles for entertainment, she even has toiletries should you forgotten them! Everything from shampoo and conditioner to dental hygiene and deodorant! I always forget to pack hangers for our nice clothes but to our surprise there hangers provided! Extra blankets for snuggling on the couch and a smart TV with Netflix and several other options for tv entertainment! I really just can't praise this rental enough! We were just blown away by the entire experience, it was truly a home away from home! We will ALWAYS stay here and Lake Charles is now that much more appealing to us! OH and I forgot to mention, the location is outstanding and in safe neighborhood! You are minutes away from everything and within walking distance to the university! Thank you Mike and Tanya for a wonderful weekend get away!
