Spacious and bright apartment furnished in Provencal style. Located in a very quiet location, the apartment is 200 m from the sea, 500 m from the center and near Cervia, reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes. The gem of the apartment are two magnificent terraces, equipped for breakfast or aperitif in the open air. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a large open space with fully equipped open kitchen and living room, with two additional single beds. Romantic and airy apartment. There is a large and bright open space consisting of - open kitchen with appliances and everything you need for cooking - large wooden dining table - living room with two sofas that become two single beds if necessary. to divide the kitchen and living room there are curtains, so as to ensure privacy. Connected to the open space is the first terrace, equipped for breakfast and aperitifs. The Suite (double bedroom) is equipped with a double bed (170 x 190 cm). It is independent from the living room, which guarantees excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends. It is also equipped with a cot for small children. Connected to the master bedroom there is the second terrace, more modest in size but very romantic is equipped with a sofa and a wrought iron coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.

Ottimo appartamento ben tenuto in un condominio curato e tranquillo. Grande pulizia e ordine in tutti gli ambienti. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

Wir waren kurzfristig auf diese schöne Wohnung im Juli 2023 gestoßen und alles verlief reibungslos. Silvia ist ein Super-Host und vom ersten Kontakt an lief alles perfekt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone und alles, was man für einen kleinen Urlaub braucht. Zudem war alles super sauber. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 min. zu Fuss und die Wohnung liegt quasi mittig zwischen dem Kanal ( viele Bars und Restaurants... ) und "Milano Marittima" ( tolle Geschäfte und Nachtleben, jedoch eher für das jüngere Publikum ;) ) Die Straße runter ist sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt, mit allem, was man zum Leben und für ein schönen ital. Frühstück benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden 6 Sterne vergeben, wenn wir es könnten ;) Annika & Christian

Wieder ein super Urlaub in Milano Marittima in einer wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung die nichts vermissen lässt Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane a luglio 2023. Sistemazione perfetta per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo o una coppia che cerca tranquillità. Appartamento delizioso: spazioso e con ogni comfort, estremamente pulito. La zona è silenziosa nonostante si trovi vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di MiMa con una breve passeggiata a piedi. Il parcheggio lungo la stradina è un po’ stretto ma abbiamo sempre trovato non dovendo così pagare la sosta nelle righe blu (comunque sempre non troppo distanti e disponibili). Host sempre disponibilissima e rapida a rispondere per ogni necessità. Che dire…Peccato avete prenotato solo due settimane 😀 saremmo rimasti volentieri tutto il mese!!

The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. It is in a great location. The area is quiet (in Sept) and feels very safe. However it's only a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 min walk to the canal/harbour in Cervia. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting their own space in a quiet area, but not too far from the beach and resort centers.

If you want to enjoy a day at the beach, the Doge n 246 bath is for you!
Equipped for children and families, you can enjoy excellent lunches and fantastic aperitifs overlooking the sea.
Also staying in our apartment you will have 10% discount for parasol and sunbeds!
You are close to the center of Milano Marittima and the center of Cervia. Just across the bridge of Cervia you will find many restaurants where you can make great aperitifs and more.
On Thursdays or Fridays there is also very nice market.
Near the apartment there is also the Coop supermarket and other food shops.

Both in Milano marittima and in Cervia there is good cycling.
There are many buses that allow you to move around the city or to reach nearby destinations, such as the fantastic Mirabilandia park!

Ciao sono Silvia ho iniziato con airbnb nell’Agosto 2016 ad ospitare persone a provenienti da ogni paese e nazione e devo dire che è una esperienza molto bella .il primo appuntamento era quello di Ferrara lasciarono in dono da una donna meravigliosa la mia mamma che purtroppo ora non c’è più e le devo molto. Quando posso mi piace accogliere personalmente la gente ma non sempre riesco perché vivo a Bologna e quindi ho una cara amica Eliana che è molto simile a me e quindi vado a colpo sicuro perché piace . Ho passato diversi anni qui a Milano Marittima in vacanza con mio marito in questo appartamento a me molto caro perché l’ho scelto io quando lo abbiamo acquistato e poi è vicino alla spiaggia è vicino al centro di cervia e Milano marittima insomma un punto strategico. Amo molto viaggiare conoscere posti nuovi l’unico mio handicap e che non parlo le lingue straniere ma fortunatamente esistono i traduttori e mi faccio capire con quelli ... buffo vero pero funziona. Ho una lavanderia self-service che gestisco insieme a mia sorella Debora . Bene vi auguro una buona permanenza e spero vi piaccia Silvia
