We fell in love with Lekeitio! The town is relatively secluded requiring winding mountain roads to get there. The real benefit is that it makes the town quite exclusive, and free from overcrowding. It's old school, in a good way. Food from local restaurants is excellent, from vegetarian, meat and especially freshly prepared Atlantic seafood is worth the trip in itself. The harbor and surrounding beaches are immaculate, the water's clean and everything is well maintained and cared for. Plenty of shops around for everyday groceries. It's also a 1-hour drive from Bilbao or St Sebastian. Julia's place is within the core harbor village, far enough from the center to be quiet, but around a 150m walk to the shorefront. It's up 2 flights of stairs, again making it perfect for a good night's rest. There are high-quality kitchen fittings, and two perfect bathrooms each with a toilet and shower. The only thing we longed for was a faster internet connection. Rest perfect!

Wonderful place. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was much needed, and difficult to find in this area.

The apartment is ideal for even larger families and it is equipped with all household appliances, devices, and everything we needed. It is located in the town centre, everything is accessible very easily. We had a good time while staying in this place.
