The hostal is a French building from the beginning of the 19th century, where arches and interior columns predominate with French mosaic, it is conserved in its totality, has a high strut, reason why its rooms are fresh, illuminated, with windows to an interior corridor. We have hot and cold water 24 hours. Internet access by wifi. It is located at 200 meters from the Paseo del Prado, the Boulevard, Shopping Center, Marti Park, Tomás Terry Theater and other recreational areas of the city. We welcome guests with a refreshing drink, a natural fruit juice, Cuban coffee or natural water, as a courtesy of the house. The hosts welcome visitors with kindness and respect, show them the room and tell them about the services provided at the hostel. They recommend places to visit in the town. We offer breakfast and dinner but the price of those services are not incluided into the price of the room

Estar na casa de Dinorah e Raul foi melhor do que esperávamos. Tivemos a oportunidade de, ao mesmo tempo, aproveitar e nos familiarizar com uma linda família cubana, como de privacidade. Os quartos são totalmente independentes da casa principal, são bem amplos, com um pé direito bem alto, o que deixa o ambiente agradável. Além disso, há grandes janelas, ventilador e ar-condicionado. O banheiro está dentro do quarto e possui água quente. A casa de Dinorah e Raul é muito linda. Um casarão clássico, igual aos de filmes, que data quase 120 anos. Por outro lado, é uma casa muito bem conservada e restaurada. O café da manhã fornecido pelos anfitriões (pago à parte) é maravilhoso. A casa também possuí wi-fi. A localização da casa é perfeita. Do lado da parte central da cidade e perto da rodoviária (Via Azul). Além disso tudo, o que mais nos conquistou foi a receptividade e simpatia da Dinorah e do Raul. Ambos são amores de pessoa. Sempre prestativos e gentis. Amamos tudo! Recomendamos!!!
Dinorah and Raul are the most delightful hosts and are a perfect pair. Their lovely home is centrally located and the large room we stayed in was private, quiet and clean. I also enjoyed hearing about the history of the home which has been in Raul’s family for several generations. This dynamic duo helped us with all of our needs from beach towels to wifi and taxis and even prepared us a very early breakfast on our last day. One thing I would also like to mention to my fellow Americans- do not hesitate to travel to Cuba. Despite the most recent travel restrictions, we found the Cuba to be very safe and the people welcoming and very friendly toward Americans.
Если бы второй раз была в этом прекрасном городе то остановилась бы только у Dinorah. Очень добрые, отзывчивые и чуткие люди ( и Dinorah и ее муж), до сих пор с большой теплотой их вспоминаю. Знания испанского у меня отсутствуют совсем, английский слабый, но я не испытывала никакого дискомфорта в общении. Dinorah предложила карту города, спросила не нужно ли мне такси? На следующий день было такси и туда и обратно. Я была всего два дня и с большой теплотой вспоминаю этих людей. Что ещё хочется отметить- необыкновенный дом, очень красивый холл, там приятно просто вечером провести время. Все необходимое есть и в отличном состоянии. Дом расположен близко от автовокзала, набережной и центра. Оценка 5!
La casa de la señora Dinorah es hermosa! Una construcción de 1900 con muebles muy bonitos que te transportan a otra época. Es una casa muy bien ubicada y puedes llegar caminando a los diferentes puntos de interés. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Los desayunos que ofrecen son muy ricos! La señora Dinorah y toda su familia son personas muy amables que estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos, con muy buenas recomendaciones y haciéndonos sentir muy agusto en su casa! Gracias por todo! :)

The hostal is located in the historical center of Cienfuegos city, a very quiet area, as neighbors we have the building of the Provincial Government, there are 5 hostal very close, in the same block, at 10 meters is the reference house of the 5 Heroes, it's a museum. There are cafes and restaurants in the area.
In the city you can find taxi service, bike taxi, cars.
You can park the car in front of the hostal, where a person takes care of it for 2 cuc every night.
If you are coming from Havana or Santa Clara when entering the Paseo del Prado continue along that avenue until 54 avenue, then turn to the left, a go straight on block, and in the second block, at the left side, in the 3923 you will find San Fernando colonial Hostal.
If you are coming from the Viazul bus station, on Gloria street, walk two blocks till 54 avenues or San Fernando street. Then turn to the right, walk 5 00 metros and in the right side in 3923 you will find San Fernando colonial Hostal.
