I felt welcomed and right at home. Great space for solo travelers. Family oriented neighborhood. Hosts were extremely helpful and supportive, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I was very comfortable here. The host were very communicative. There were no surprises
The place was nice but the area is not a good area.
Could be less than what I paid actually because of how noisy inside the room was from pipes they’re extremely loud so it’s hard to sleep. Bad for those working in the am or late late nights. Room is private however more amenities and space than expected . However if you have too many things on the power will cut off. Luckily I know how to do a fuse box so didn’t need to report and contact them about it but heads up in case it happens to someone else. Police stay on that one street and lots of people outside throughout the night talking playing music loud. I stayed because of the privacy but won’t book again because overpriced, inconvenient and chaotic dangerous neighborhood. But I would recommend the hosts because they were extremely kind and helpful. The check-in was a little difficult because it’s a hard knob but they were able to assist right away and everything was fine. Overall bittersweet experience, u also do get access to washer/dryer if u pay a small fee. Which I really liked.

I made it from NYC (Port Authority 8th Ave and 42 Street to Irvington with bus # 107X in 20 minutes when there is little traffic. Also, We provide excellent WiFi and 2 WIFI networks at each house. You may want to try downloading ROKU app for use on our Roku smart TVs. We use door codes. No keys needs. We change codes after each guest leaves.
