No joke, I could have spent the rest of my days here. Very clean, nice and spacious, beautiful grounds. The kitchen was very well stocked and if anyone knows Hana, finding a decent restaurant is difficult. It could use a dishwasher but the place had everything else I needed to make a perfect meal every time. So close to the beach as well. Best body surfing and waves since I was a kid. And really close to the town, idk, I was so relaxed. Richard was also super responsive and gave me some extra perks that I was not expecting. Such a shame having to book other airbnbs knowing they can never compare.

If you’re thinking on doing the drive to Hana I would recommend staying at this beautiful cottage, you’re not only enjoying a beautiful city but also supporting a local business. We had a great stay! They have kitchen utensils and even some seasonings we were able to use for cooking our meals. They also have a variety of books on the cabinets if you like reading. We enjoyed getting different weather during our 2 night stay. The area felt very safe and the door were open for us playing Hawaiian music with beautiful flowers. If you want to feel what is like living in Hawaii Hana this is quite te experience. You won’t get bored here as it feels like you’re in a farm, you hear locals on trucks waving and being friendly, dogs. People taking care of their landscaping. We visited the local grocery store and the black sand beach and it was very nice. It was just the perfect amount of time to do everything we wanted and drive back safe. Thank you Richard for opening your doors to us 🌈

This was one of the most peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. You’re immersed in nature in the best way possible—waking up to the birds chirping, roosters crowing, and the sound of the wind in the trees. The cottage is beautifully cared for. You won’t regret it!

The place is even better than the pictures. You can sit up in bed in the morning and see the sunrise happening! So well appointed, and such a peaceful house and property, with gorgeous views of the water over the field across the street. Easy walk to the Venus pool, and very short drive to the best beach for hanging out and body surfing. Had never been to Hana before – and I think we will return!
