The castle is big! Many rooms, all slightly different, and being an old castle, the floorboards and doors well creak somewhat. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and had fun exploring the grounds and checking out the horses. Türkan (housekeeper), although she didn't speak much English, thanks to google translate, we managed to communicate, and she's an excellent cook, definitely recommend having her make a meal or two!

Das Schloss ist magisch und einfach unglaublich. Es hat alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann und darüber hinaus noch vieles mehr. Angefangen bei Pferden, Pool Außenanlage, Sauna, Whirlpool bis hin zum echten, edlen Schloss Feeling. Der Preis ist dementsprechend auch happig aber es lohnt sich, gerade bei einer großen Gruppe, absolut dort zu feiern bzw. ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Kaution wurde leider etwas willkürlich abgezogen, um (wahrscheinlich) noch etwas mehr Geld raus zu holen. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Ansonsten aber eine tolle Location, ein tolles Rundum-Programm und eine absolut geile Silvester Location! Nur zu empfehlen! :-)

Wasserburg became the most magical place on earth when our crew arrived. We just signed with Virgin Records as Naked Elephant and we decided that we would gather our film crew and dancers for our music video at this beautiful space! There was only one staff in hand to help us - but that was due to some simple communication errors. Ratka (not sure how to spell her name) was incredibly helpful with us as we setup elaborate and beautiful dinners by the waterside. There was so much to explore in this magical space! A massive pool, a hidden labyrinth, a tennis court, and gorgeous secluded gardens draped in willow trees. Inside the castle itself, Every room had its own flavor and history and the dining room was perfect for a large feast and speech. I look forward to releasing a documentary about this place and I can't sing its praises enough!

This place was incredible! Everything we could have asked for from start to finish. Philipp and his family were very hands on from the very start and did everything imaginable to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely come here again if in the area.
