Beautiful and private shed that you don’t want to miss☺️ surrounded by divine nature.. you will have flower and veggie gardens, cutest pigs 😍😚🥰🐖, and a private creek. Everything is more than expected. The host and his daughters are so friendly and divine 😇 We will definitely visit again🌈

Hamish's place is the perfect place to get away from it all! awesome private little swim spot, plenty to explore on the property. cosy bedroom, surprisingly good hot shower and fit for purpose kitchen as well as some nice indoor and outdoor fire places. a very relaxing weekend. we bought our 18month old along and he had a ball- we took a porter cot for him. Hamish is a great host! met us at the gate, friendly, happy to help with anything.

Absolutely loved our time at Chateau du Shed! It was such a unique experience with the most calming ambiance. The private river was a bonus of the stay and was simply stunning!

Chateau du Shed was a perfect break for us, the location is out of the way and off grid which is exactly what we were looking for. Hamish was the perfect host, very friendly but also respectful of our space and was a wizard with the weather, I'm not sure how he did it but he turned it on. Perfect hot sunny mornings for swimming in the beautiful and pristine water hole and stormy wet afternoons for lazing around reading. We'll be back

The perfect location for a private, peaceful getaway. The lodging was intimate and cozy. The private swimming hole was exceptional! Of note: arrive well supplied as the nearest towns are an hour drive away in either direction. The driveway is unpaved and may prove challenging for low cars/sport cars. Hamish was a wonderful host. He was very responsive via texts. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us an informative tour of the property.
