Had a great stay at Winston's place. I was able to work remotely because Internet was reliable. The place is clean and accessible. Highly recommended.

Winston did his best but lacked communication and outsourced responsibilities as a host to his caretaker and expected you to have a local number to communicate with her. Being a tourist this was difficult. The room was smaller than most hotels and in my opinion would not fit the stated 3 people. Lucky we only had 2 guests but luck fell short when the included second mattress was not a mattress at all but a very thin blanket. Furthermore only 1 key to the room is provided and a 2nd on request by the host but was useless as milano would only provide 1 elevator key. It had a great location conveniently close to makati cbd with views of manila but the room itself fell short of maintenance, with water damage throughout and cock roaches appearing frequently. It was not very functional and lacked space. There wasnt even enough space for our luggage. There is a full size kitchen but no appropriate size table. There are better budget hotels in the area for a similar price range.
