Our stay in Lido was fantastic! There was a problem with the air conditioning that couldn’t be helped, and Luca was responsive and did all he could to make it right! Would recommend 10/10! The view from the roof too terrace alone is worth the trip!

Unbelievable place! Better then the pictures. Fantastic location. Highly recommend. Great for groups. Great views. Right across from the free beach. Very responsive host.

Perfect stay for party of seven: we had plenty of room and enjoyed the penthouse and amenities. The place had everything from cooking utensils to exercise equipment. We loved the view and being across from the free beach. The property is close to everything, including a coffee shop across the street, Gelateria downstairs, plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store and bike rental a few blocks away. On Monday there was a street market directly across the street on the boardwalk. The penthouse is about a ten minute drive to the Viareggio train station. We took day trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre. We even walked back from the train station to enjoy the boardwalk- It took about 45 minutes. You can take a taxi or bus to/from train station. We didn’t rent a car but they do have parking below. Lucca was very attentive and let us check out later to enjoy the location. It was an amazing stay and would recommend this place highly.

The Penthouse has a beautiful view and very roomy. We loved the separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us. It was walkable for the beach, restaurants and shopping. We used the kitchen for a few meals and that worked out nice. Luca was very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our experience and hope you do also!

Beautiful apartment with fabulous view and lots of space. Communication with owner was excellent. Parking was very convenient at the location and we ended up leaving the car parked the whole week and used BIRD electric scooters to get to Viareggio and also the Viareggio train station to go and visit Pisa (30 mins by train) and Lucca (20 mins by train). The kitchen had everything we needed, including a toaster (which was a lovely surprise), the beds were comfortable, there were several TV's, hair dryers in each bathroom and it's own washer and dryer. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is a small INCOOP supermarket just a few minutes walk from the apartment. On Saturday there was an International Food Market just at the end of Lido di Camaoire before Fortei dei Marmi with an amazing selection of foods from around the world. On Mondays there is a Lido di Camaoire market along the Boardwalk with clothes, shoes, bags, fruit, and more. We really enjoyed our week here.
