Ed is great host, easy to communicate. There are all amenities that you need, boogies, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear. Overall all the apartment was good, but a little bit outdated.

Had a great stay at Ed's place. Really appreciated having the boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach towels available to use, as well as the dedicated parking spot. The location is also great. The only downside was that it was a little difficult finding the place at first since there are two entrances into this complex and they don't connect together. After you figure out where it is, then it is easy getting in and out. Also note that the place is a little bit dated, and some of the blinds are in bad shape, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.

Ed’s place was great! It felt very homey and had so much helpful stuff to borrow- our favorites were the body boards and the giant sun hat. It’s about 2 blocks down a hill to the main shops and restaurants. Main bed was comfy, pillows were great, and pull out couch was pretty decent (for a pull out couch). Ed was responsive and check in was super easy. We’d stay again!

Fantastic value in the perfect location. Centrally located to everything you need in Kona. Very easy to get in and out using the key pad. Would definitely recommend staying here and I will look to stay here again next time I’m in Kona. Ed was always quick to respond, gave detailed instructions, and even shared some great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The place has everything you need as well. Kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc. You won’t regret choosing to stay at this place.
