Our stay at Erik and Sarah's was absolutely perfect for our weekend in Lawrence. This loft is close to Mass St, in a quiet neighborhood, and has a wonderful atmosphere inside as well as on the balcony. Check-In and Check out were a breeze and Erik and Sarah provided so many little amenities that made our stay even more relaxing (ex. toiletries, ironing board, lint roller, bottle opener, and anything else you may have forgotten for your stay!). We highly recommend this stay and will be staying here again during our next visit to Lawrence.

Sarah and Erik were great hosts. Very quick to respond and super helpful. The loft was as described, super cute, clean and was very well stocked. The deck was a great bonus! We would stay again.

Had an amazing stay here! Felt right at home and I will definitely book again. They are nice and responsive. Very easy to book and check in/out was easy! They literally thought of everything and you can tell they did this with love.

Genuinely loved our stay here! Pictures don’t do this place justice. Truly wished we could’ve stayed longer and hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is what Airbnb was intended to be and so rarely found nowadays. I often don’t stay in Airbnbs now due to ridiculous cleaning requests and hidden costs. This place delivered on all accounts! Reasonably priced, reasonable fees and a beautiful studio with great amenities! The hosts were delightful and went the extra mile. Not to mention their cute pup. The hot tub was glorious. I loved my time there. The small touches were the best part - hot cocoa, word searches, games and homemade soaps/soaks for the bathtub. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.
