Great location, super clean, and very comfortable. The included free parking is at a big lot just a block away. We unloaded and loaded on the street by the door. The furniture was comfortable but the queen bed has a topper and was a bit too soft for me but not a huge issue. The closet had lots of hangers and the dresser was spacious. We used the in unit washer and dryer and the host provided laundry detergent. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the shower was instantly hot with great water pressure. This is the downstairs unit so be aware that there might be some noise from above. The bedroom was completely quiet. We loved the location and being able to walk to so many restaurants and activities. Parking was a huge bonus, it is limited and expensive otherwise.

We had a really good stay at Jim's place. It was a great spot tucked away near the waterfront with easy walking access to all sorts of shops and restaurants.

Owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!! Check in instructions were clear. House was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything within the apartment worked well and was in good condition.
