Great stay for three nights at the condo in Bridges resort. We were able to access the hot tub, pool, and game rooms after long days of skiing at Sugarbush. The mountain was a thirty second drive or ten minute walk for those of us who didn't have a car or wanted to leave early. Overall, clean and convenient place to stay and would love to come back.

The water in the rental was brown for half of the stay and when we requested a partial refund we were denied without reason or communication. There were many standard amenities missing from the house including appropriate coffee filters and other basic kitchen amenities. I would not recommend staying at a rental property run by Vacasa. It took them over 15 hours to get back to me about the brown water and they are uncommunicative as I try to receive some sort of recourse for the inconveniences in our stay.

Unit matches the description of the listing. We were kind of unlucky in our timing in that we were only there for a night, we were unable to obtain early check-in and the attached amenities (pool and hot tub) were closing early for the holiday (Thanksgiving). Batteries were dead in the remote for the gas fireplace, took a bit to figure that out. Unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked.

This unit is not as advertised. It smells of marijuana, the bathrooms are dirty and very dated. The water pressure is terrible. The kitchen cabinets, pots and pans are filthy. We had to wash anything we wanted to cook with or eat off of. Every light switch, appliance handle, door knobs were dirty and sticky. The bedding was stained and disgusting as well as the carpets. We should have known as we were greeted with a dirty recycling bin at the front door. Not a good first impression. The unit owner clearly has no pride of ownership. We rented a Bridges unit the month prior that was spotless updated and beautiful. This unit should not be on the rental program. Sadly we were unable to move to another unit as nothing was available. I would like to thank Kristin from Vacasa who was very responsive and brought us new bedding and new pots and pans. Very much appreciate all she did to make our stay a little bit more enjoyable.
