If you want to skip the whole review, here is a short synopsis: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The first major problem was they described that what we were getting is a 2 bedroom place [They have since changed this]. But in fact it was a double bed of course English not being their first language we can let that slide because of a translation error. But also describing it as: "Entire townhouse in Central District" [They may well have edited this by the time the review goes up]. Is also inaccurate, you are only given 1 room with a bathroom. The place was also extraordinarily dirty, excessive dust & dustmites (I have allergies) bathroom was dirty. We even had to ask for soap & towels. When we asked for a partial refund, based on being missold, they called us, shouted expletives down the phone & said we had to move out by the end of the night (it was 6pm) & find a new place. The husband & son even came down threatening us as we were leaving. It was an incredibly intimidating experience. AVOID.

My trip to Taiwan and Taichung was great. I actually stayed at Sue's other place - Happy Inn & Hostel and I can tell that place and the entire Team of Sue maintain the feeling of great happiness and provided superior hospitality every single day. And I stayed 2 months. That place is really value for money, great Team, always ready to provide advises and local tips, good location too. I can highly recommend this place. Looking forward to return and receive that nonpareil hospitality beyond 5-stars.
