nice place to stay, close and walkable restaurants. no need for A/C most of a time, just open the window, very breezy. looking forward coming back. highly recommend location.

Nice place, view is great. Sunrises are amazing. Bed is comfy. Some cons: - wifi signal is not good - no hand soap/ hand towel - pots and pans, cooking utensils need to be replaced. The nonstick coating had come off ages ago so it isn’t nonstick anymore. Cooking utensils have melted and are deformed. - the air conditioning drips, falling onto the dining table. This has been mentioned in past reviews multiple times, not sure why nothing has been done about it. - no trash bags - only one socket available near the bed, as the other one is being used by the wifi router. You have to move the router to the kitchen socket if you need to use two sockets.

I think the AC needs to get repaired. TV's battery is drained.

We've been in and out / back and forth here at Charmaine's Unit; she's really an awesome host and very flexible; I've changed the booking quite numerous times as me and my wife we're waitin for some documents in Manila and needed to have a place prepared for our parents; so we did really appreciate for accommodating our schedule .... Charmaine's place is secured and safe and very close to all amenities and restaurants besides the cleanliness; she is really a good host .... 100% recommended
