Chryssa’s house was so lovely. The house has a beautiful interior with authentic touch. The area where the house is very quiet and peaceful. The garden of the house also pretty, sunsets are unreal. Having drinks and dinner in the garden is very delightful. If you are looking for a place to feel like a local and just relax, I would highly recommend it. But the island is big and nearest beach 15mins by car so you definitely need a car. Also for groceries you need to have 15 mins drive to the closest super market. You can be prepared that the village is very small and not many amenities. Chryssa was very helpful when I needed help. She was very responsive and friendly anytime I wrote her.

Chryssa's home faithfully reflects what the title of her advert says: live like a local. If you want to spend time in a traditional house, super clean and equipped with everything, if you want to enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the gulf from the terrace, if you like to get away from the most touristic spots of Lesvos, well, this is the best place to go.

This is a wonderful old house that has been restored lovingly and with style and attention. If you want a real village experience with vendors selling their wares, church bells and the service broadcast then this is it. The village is lovely and the villagers are warms and friendly. We had a car (which is essential) the house was a good base for touring the island and good beaches close by. It is good location and the village is set in beautiful natural surroundings. The setting is generally peaceful and very quiet at night - but do expect some village noise during the day and there is traffic on the road on which the house is situated in the morning….but don’t be put off by this since it is all part of village life and all part of the experience. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend the house. It is far more fun that staying in a boring ‘ bland’ hotel. There are some wonderful restaurants in easy reach. Chryssa is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The house looks great as at the photos.. sitting in the evening on the balcony, watching the sun go down, wonderful experience! Communication with Chryssa was very easy, very kind and fast.

Very nice traditional house in a small village ideally located for visiting the south-east part of Lesvos island. Chryssa and her mother are very kind and helpful! We definitely enjoyed our stay in this place!
