The flat was wonderful, matching the description and photos perfectly. Any of the few issues that popped up Marc was incredibly helpful in dealing with quickly. The quick walk to the train was also lovely for going to Cologne or any other city nearby. The Kaufland (large shopping center) & shopping center of downtown Pulheim being across the street was incredibly beneficial for shopping and daily necessities. The flat was close to a church and across from the loading bay of the Kaufland which caused some noise in the morning but it was easy to tune out and not a bother. Amazing location, we never felt like we needed a car to get around, perfect for walking.

Marc's house was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Even better. I spent exactly two months there and I was at peace as if I were in my own home. Pulheim is a very quiet place where you can reach everything. Additionally, you can reach the center of Koln in just 15-20 minutes. Marc is a wonderful host, friendly and quick to deal with all questions. When I come to Koln again, I will definitely stay here.

Marc is a true 5 star, very receptive and easy to talk to. Apartment very clean, well located. Everything you need and close to Cologne. Location is very central but no noise. Everything you need in 3 min walk.
