From the moment we arrived the guard dog didn’t stop barking and leapt up at me and was clearly aggressive. This should have been made clear, he didn’t stop barking. As well as this the house looked like an explosion, it was a complete mess and the kitchen where I thought we would be able to use was a mess. The fridge in our bedroom was full of food from the person before with no space at all to put anything. When we were in the room with the dog tied up barking constantly downstairs loudly, she offered us some water as she could probably see how shocked we were which we accepted but she came up with a used plastic water bottle which she expected us to drink from. We decided we had to leave straight away and were very unhappy to only get half the money back as this place was not fit for purpose and I would absolutely expect a full refund for completely wasting our time.
