I stayed at Michael's place for 2 months (room 1). It was very clean, well kept and looks exactly as the photos. It is also very well located with the bus stop close by (a 2-minutes walk from the property) and both train stations are 15-minutes walk. There are groccery stores nearby, a theatre, cinema, pharmacy, cafes and restaurans all within walking distance (less than 10minutes walk). Getting into Central London was easy with 2 train lines and many bus routes. Also the DLR (which connects you to Canary Wharf and London City Airport) is a bus ride away. The next biggest town Lewisham, has the usual British high street shops and an excellent and cheap fruits and vegetables market, is also a bus ride away. Definitely a place to come back to the next time I am in London.

This is the second time I stayed here. It's conveniently located in Catford near a train station. The room is spacious and comfortable and great value for money. Check-in is with a lock box which I find quick and convenient. Michael was quick to respond to me and provided me with all the information I needed to know. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

Huge room in a clean, well equipped apartment. I had great 5 week stay here. Michael was always responsive and accommodating and the other guests were quiet and respectful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
