Mandi was an outstanding host. We needed to find a place to land for over two months while we took care of family matters. Mandi's townhouse was perfect -- great neighborhood, very walkable, the house was clean and comfortable, and a good location for me to work remotely and concentrate. Mandi addressed every need we had in the house, and she was very responsive as soon as we identified a minor concern that needed fixing. She was awesome, and the house was great! My only concern is not with her or the house: its with AirBnB, the company, that charged us cleaning fees each month we made a payment despite the fact that we cleaned up after ourselves. The added fees the company charged seemed excessive for long-term residents.

There is no private master bath. The 3 bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom in the hallway. The 2nd bath is off the kitchen at the back of townhome, which is inconvenient. Headline said 2.5 baths but it is only 2 bath. The house rules say "No Pets" but pets are allowed. There was a very strong pet urine smell at the top of the stairs that was nauseating for a non pet owner. You do not have access to the garage so you have to park outside. It does not say you have access, but just a heads up. The mattress in the room with the ceiling fan is super firm. If you are not used to that (like me), you may have a hard time sleeping on that bed. There was no top sheet on any bed. Just the fitted sheet over the mattress and then the comforter on top of you. No sheet between you and the comforter. I have never had any other place like that. There has always been a top sheet in every other place I have stayed. The owner was accommodating of my late check out request, which I appreciate.
