Pictures dont do justice for the views. Great place to stay and enjoy. Host was great in communication and ease of check in. Close to retaurants, coffee shops, convenience store and mall. Place was clean and very welcoming. look forward to another visit!

The place was trashed and the cleaning crew was there an hour through my check in trying to clean. The place has mold and dust in the vents, many dismantled towel racks and hooks, rusty furniture, holes in the walls, the jacuzzi was not operating , the host was non responsive and disregarded the facts once Airbnb contacted her and forced her to respond. I submitted photos and contacted the host and Airbnb immediately upon checking in. The host wrote a message stating she would refund two nights if I left by 11am. I left and checked in a new place… she only refunded $135 which does not even equal one night’s rate. She began harassing after giving the refund. Photos are misleading , then the host was nonchalant after receiving payment and very unprofessional once I checked out of property before checkout date and requested a refund. The place may have been rentable some time previous to my stay, however Fen 1-4, 2024 this place needed renovation. Unsafe living conditions.

Absolute stunning view! Corner unit overlooking the bay and South Beach in the distance. Loved every second of the stay. The host was great and responsive! Be prepared, there is no coffee supplied at the unit so you have to either bring your own or hit a Starbucks. TV is also not the smartest of smart TVs so hopefully you're enjoying the beautiful city instead. Highly recommend the pool at the unit!

I had to really bad experience, Look like a different apartment, they didn’t do maintenance at all The toilets make a strong noise And the showers super old. Also, the host was blamed me that I overstayed room in the apartment when we was already back to LA. I think I can Proof by cameras that we left at 7:00am .

Icon in Brickell is a great location to stay while in Miami. I’ve stayed there about 7x at this point in the building and it provides a great view, good restaurants and easy access to all Miami has to offer. The views from the condo are great, very comfortable beds, nice layout. I would certainly stay there again.
