Visited to check out the neighborhood while our son stayed in the dorms with the swim team at Mines. The location of the place is AMAZING, and the hosts were very prompt at responding to every question we had. Hoping our son chooses this school so we can stay here again!!! Can not recommend highly enough!!!

This location was conveniently placed close to both downtown Golden and Colorado School of Mines. The neighborhood is both quiet and safe. The attention to detail in all rooms was astounding. Everything was clean and all of the details were thought of for guests. The one time we had a question, the hosts responded within minutes. They were helpful, the accommodations were superb and my family looks forward to returning to Golden again.

Samara & Drew’s space was SO beautiful, clean and easy to find! My friend and I loved retreating at their place. They’re wonderful and hospitable hosts who have all your needs covered! Highly recommend this stay!!
