The communication and help from the host was great. We asked for a few things during our stay and received almost immediate response. Really great service overall. The location is amazing and getting a parking space is key in this small neighborhood with limited parking. Waking up to the vast ocean views every morning was amazing and the rooftop sunsets were stunning. This is clearly an exclusive rental and has the wear and tear of being turned over and over with what feels like little care for adjustments or upgrades. One drawer in the kitchen is completely broken, shelves askew. There is grime and dirt in the nooks of every corner and faucet…likely due to the sea air and sand. The shower heads spew in every direction with such little pressure, also probably from lack of a deep clean or repair. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk make up for those issues. it would be nice to see some updates given the price of the rental. I’d guess there is plenty of demand not to need to.

Wohnung schön, herrliche Aussicht, Scheiben verschmutzt, wurde innerhalb eines Tages repariert. Geruch der Wohnung irgendwie salzig. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sauber, Küche gut, dachterrasse hat großen Vorbau und entsprechend Strand und Promendade nicht einsehbar aber umgekehrt natürlich auch nicht. Prei Leistung okay. Würden wieder kommen

If you love the ocean and beach life you will be hard pressed to find a better location. The views of the waves and setting sun are unbeatable. For the extraverts out there you can interact all day with beach strollers from your second floor perch. For the introverts the rooftop escape leaves you with just palm trees and ocean. The rooftop sanctuary was perfect with it's glass enclosure to keep out the winds and maximize the sunshine - we were there in mid-January. The unit has all the necessities and everything you need for a week of vacation is walkable. If you want to experience everything that Mission Beach has to offer look no further than this place!
