Overall the location was superb and you can't get a much better spot in Beaver Creek than this. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a weekend in the mountains. The instructions on finding the condo are a bit confusing so suggest a rework on pre-visit instructions. Also a little confusing is the pre-visit message we received said checkout was at 10am but it lists 11am on the listing. Checkout message said checkout was 11am and that is what we ended up sticking to. Would recommend this place based on location five times out of five.

David and Marina's place was excellent. It is right in the center of Beaver Creek Village with views onto the shopping centre towards the middle of the village. The accommodations are comfy and spacious with a very open living room and kitchen with an impressive and private master bedroom and bath. An excellent location for two or three couples or a larger size family. However, we did have significant problems with our check in process as the key to the apartment was not available in the location or the time promised. Long story short we didn't check in until after midnight and the cleaning group took the key but this was the only key available on the premises and nobody seemed to check to make sure that everything was prepared for our arrival. This led to a lot of unnecessary distress, uncertainty, and phone calls. Ultimately the mistake was corrected and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay and I'm sure this is an aberration from the usual smooth sailing as advertised in previous reviews. But hopefully the property manager will take this as a lesson to have backup keys and double check the premises prior to guest arrival, as they're being paid to do so anyway. So assuming we just got unlucky with the above, everything else about the property, location, and cleanliness was perfect and as advertised and I would more than recommend the location to others looking to be in the heart of it all in Beaver Creek for better than expected value.

Just a wonderful place and in a terrific location! So beautiful and clean! Lots of space.... perfect for two families with or without younger children. All adults it would fit perfect for also! It’s like a home away from home!

David's place is clean, spacious, and is in a great location! We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again the next time we're in town if the unit is available. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Thank you David!
