I am very thankful my sister and I came across the Zenneth Manor Inn. It was quaint and we felt right at home. Hillary’s style mixed with her accommodating manner made this a great place to stay. The rooms are cozy and clean with all the right amenities. The outdoor spaces were great to sit and relax. This will be our go to place to stay when coming to OCNJ from now on.

Hillary and Jeff (daughter too) were wonderful hosts! We will be back for sure! Beautiful porch with Adirondack chairs to sit in, outdoor shower for rinsing the day of beach off, (hot water too!) and clothesline for towels. There is a common room with puzzles, games, tv, coloring…coffee and cake are made for guests in the morning which was an added perk and so great to have! The room we had was so perfect! Immaculate, two queen beds, ac, mini fridge/freezer, tv, plenty of space for unpacking and a great clean bathroom with the original style tiles, tub etc which I personally loved. Water pressure was great as well. There are many handmade touches in the rooms that you can tell the couple has put their heart and souls into in order for the Inn to feel welcoming and cozy . My 25 year old daughter and I just absolutely loved The Zenneth Manor Inn and will be back and recommending to others.

I found this place kind of last minute to meet another family down the shore. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It's super conveniently located near the beach and in the heart of everything.
