Wunderschönes Apartment in den Hügeln bei Béziers, hell, freundlich, toll Terrasse mit schönem Blick, komplette Küche (bis auf siehe unten), viel Platz – insgesamt ein angenehmer Ort zum Leben. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die nicht optimal waren, die meisten werden vermutlich kurzfristig behoben: die Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt und am vorletzten Tag fiel dann das heiße Wasser aus – nichts machen laut unseren Vermietern nett die Bürger und Frühlingsrollen aus ihrem Restaurant als kleine Entschädigung. Lasst euch nicht abschrecken vom Eingang (die Garage), die tatsächlich ein bisschen einladender und aufgeräumter hätte sein können, sobald man die Treppe runter geschafft hat, ist alles in Ordnung. La traduction vers le français ou l’anglais dépasse le cadre permis par Airbnb…

Lan's place was the perfect way to see the beautiful city of Beziers. We hired a car so found it to be the best location for popping around. The terrace space was truly amazing and the kitchen well equipped. Lan was also a great host who helped massively with local tips!

Lan's place is a lovely escape. The view is breathtaking, the facilities modern and tasteful, the neighbourhood quiet and the apartment very private. Beziers, of course, is brilliant. Highly recommended.

Extremely clean, spacious, and fully functional. Located in a very quiet and tranquil sector of Beziers. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms are spacious. Owner is very welcoming and responsive. The balcony is large, full of plants, and the view of the fields from the balcony is spectacular. Highly recommended!

The property provided a lovely, relaxing evening retreat after days spent sightseeing in this area of southern France. The balcony was the star of the show: sunsets, bird life, and dramatically beautiful thunderstorms. Lan and her partner were very responsive to messages, including in the case of a minor issue, which was sorted in under 30 mins. As a well loved home, it functions really well as a space, providing, for example, great cooking facilities. The slight trade-off is some normal wear & tear, but it doesn't detract from the stylish, relaxed feel. 2 couples staying together may find it useful to know that the over bath shower isn't connected, but no big issue if all are happy to use shower room. Good bus links from property ( nearby 'Pech des Moulins' stop.) Or 30 mins walk to city centre /40 mins to train station via the hill that provides the stunning view. A must-see nearby is the olive grove and art space Le Domaine de Pradines le Bas. Lovely property and stay.
