Only got to stay 2 nights and 1 day this trip. But it was a great stay as always. So very easy to get in and out. Almost like being home away from home. Looking forward to the next time i can come over.

This is the 5th time I've stayed here and it has always been a great stay for me. Gloria sees to any needs that might arise. The staff of Apple One are always very courteous and helpful and engaging. Plus, Apple One is right next door to the place that I am here to visit. No cabs or buses, just walk next door. Very convenient for me.

Tenho quase 10 anos utilizando o airbnb e sou nômade há 3 anos, sempre alugando imóveis mensalmente na plataforma e esse foi um dos piores apartamentos que já aluguei. O imóvel é bom, porém totalmente sem manutenção: paredes sujas, muitas baratas, armário da cozinha quebrado, ar condicionado barulhento (velho) e tem um ninho de pombos na caixa do aparelho, o sofá está rasgado, poucos utensílios de cozinha - e a host sabia que o imóvel ia ser alugado, por que não disponibilizar mais utensílios para os hóspedes? A mesa para trabalhar não é própria para trabalhar, é extremamente desconfortável. Reclamamos de alguns pontos com a host e ela foi bem disponível eh trocar a geladeira, enviar uma equipe para limpar o apartamento, mas ainda assim, as baratas, as manchas na parede, a falta de cuidado com o imóvel como um todo, tornam esse apartamento uma péssima hospedagem. Tv boa, internet boa, cama boa (lençóis c/ mal cheiro).

It was a very enjoyable stay...again. Gloria's unit is a very nice one. Gloria had all things prepared beforehand for my stay. She is a most excellent host. The staff of AppleOne all are very accommodating and helpful. They also get to know you and are very friendly. This was a terrific place to spend my time in Cebu.
